Delete your account in the app

In the Teamward app (iPhone, Android or web), open Me, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Or ask us by email

Email hello@teamward.app from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you, then delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your login, profile and profile photo are deleted right away.

If you have work records your employer may be required to keep, such as time clock shifts, time off requests or HR documents, your sign-in is turned off right away and your company's admin is notified. Your employer deletes those records, along with your account, once it no longer needs to keep them for payroll, tax or employment law reasons.

Messages you sent in team chats are part of your company's records and are deleted when your company's account is closed.

Closing a whole company account

A company's admin can cancel the subscription in Tools → Billing on the web. The account is locked and its data is deleted 30 days later. To close it sooner, email hello@teamward.app.
